I always use gftp to upload as I think the quanta upload method is not 
so handy. Sometimes I forget .php~ and on some servers that file will be 
displayd in plain text.

Also the project will let them see if you do rescan the folder. 
Sometimes thats needed because you added some files from somewhere else!
