Hi!

This seems to be correct. I assume (since you mentioned it in an earlier mail) 
that these files are readable by your user?

If they are and it still doesent work, could you 

$ strace -o/tmp/log.txt quanta

And when quanta opens, do what you did to get the error to show up.

Then send me the file? (you can send it to my address directly, it might get a 
bit big for the list)

Btw, did you compile from source and in that case did you "make install" ?
