Well, there are for Quanta 3.4, which is the latest stable...

That doesn't matter. What matters is the protocol you use to access the 
files.

If Konqueror can read files from the machine, Quanta should do as well. 
They are using the same underlying technology.

Install some kind of service on your machine, like sftp, ftp or even ssh 
and use ftp:/, sftp:/ or fish:/ to connect there from Quanta.
