There is a list for web development help that we maintain. Find the link on 
http://kdewebdev.org. You can also google for free scripts to use with forms. 
It has been forever since I did email forms so I don't even remember if this 
works. I would have used PHP and formatted an email if I needed it. Anyway 
the other list is where you can ask these types of questions.
