I have been cut off with licq twice now (in the past day...) and i've got a 
permanent LAN connection.  During the times that licq was down, i was still 
able to surf the net and others in the dorm were using icq still.  it's only 
happened twice, and i'm waitng for 0.81 to fix the minor problems people are 
experiencing with 0.80  ;-)
