I'm not sure where to ask this, so if you know who to ask please tell me.
I currently run KDE 3.3.2 with MepisLite. When KDE 4.0 is released, will I
be able to download it as an update? Will I be notified? Or would I have to
totally reinstall with a KDE 4.0 operating system?
