Solution to what?  The problem is that most services on most OSes do not 
have KDE UIs.  Saying that there is one tool available for one OS does not 
fix that.

So you think KDE should change to support some hypothetical issues some 
Windows users at badly-run companies might have if one day they decided to 
use KDE?
