How do I install and use KDOC on a Windows NT machine?

I use KDOC on Linux at home and I have an installed UNIX shell running at my
Win NT at work + Perl 5.003. But the Shell doesn't seem to be able to
install KDOC as I'm used to via the usual: ./confugure + make install
procedure. What do I do on Win NT?
