Hi,

Here is the log for a35.

Please let me know any cases where the source link for classes is
still incorrect.

Forward decls should no longer cause weird source links for classes.
Flush stdout on debug. (ASN)
Remove character literals in params. (ASN)
Better parsing for operator overloads. (ASN)
Numbered references in docbook, with an HTML-like makeRefs.
HTML now textRefs returnType and global functions also.
