And that's the problem - you don't want to fetch translations from HEAD but 
from a defined point in time (say a tag, branch or at least -D switch in cvs 
up). Otherwise the translations don't fit if you release them later than 
source packages.

Q: if you tag k3b for a release, do you also tag the translations?
