I'm using kdelibs from CVS directly. I have no Makefile.dist. I tried several
times 

make -f Makefile.cvs; ./configure; make

but it doesn't link. 
I don't think that it is a problem of moc, because Mico doesn't use it. Mico is
independant from QT.
