hm, but even for unstable it looks dated in Debian:

# apt-show-versions -a kdebase-bin
kdebase-bin 4:4.4.5-2 install ok installed
kdebase-bin 4:4.4.5-2 stable   ftp.de.debian.org
kdebase-bin 4:4.4.5-2 testing  ftp.de.debian.org
kdebase-bin 4:4.4.5-3 unstable ftp.de.debian.org
kdebase-bin/stable uptodate 4:4.4.5-2

and that's similar for other packages.

So if 4.6 should hit experimental, where's 4.5? Or did you mean 4.4.6?
