Things that came to my mind:

I think it'd be better to replace the "Overwrite" button with a "Replace" 
button.

Would it help to make the location of existing file and new file depend on 
what language is used (-> if it's a left to right one or vice versa).

That stacked layout works for both of course but it doesn't really look good 
when stacking images or displaying lots of information.
