This bug was filed millions of years ago and still nothing has changed. KWord
2.2.0 selects a white background with black text despite the fact that I'm
using a dark theme. Moreover, there's no option for adjusting foreground and
background colors. Worse, KWord "fixes" the font color to black by default so
that when opened with e.g. openoffice, which correctly uses the system color
scheme, it becomes unreadable since the background is dark.
