I applied the patch and the kdeutils one you've sent later.

kbabeldict has no documentation at all :)

When clicking on certain links in khelpcenter contents an error message is
displayed, saying that the html file could not be found. This is due to
erroneous links in the corresponding ".desktop" files:

kdebase/kcontrol/filetypes/filetypes.desktop
kdebase/kxkb/keyboard.desktop
kdebase/kcontrol/kwindecoration/kwindecoration.desktop

kdebase/kcontrol/kwm/kwinoptions.desktop

A patch is attached for the erroneous links I found in kdebase. There may be
more in other packages.
I also noticed that the Kbabel dictionary points at the KHelpcenter
documentation. Is that right?
