Package: kcheckpass
Version: KDE_2_2_RELEASE from CVS (using KDE 2.2.0 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot)
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc-2.95.3
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Slackware Linux (no PAM)

I got install failure for kcheckpass due to absence of PAM in Slackware Linux. It \
seems that configure failed to substitute @KCHECKPASS_PAM_SERVICE@. It may also be \
related to #30065 as I had to comment out lines with DEF_PAM_SERVICE to go so far.
