OS/Compiler notes: 

Noatun plays *.mp3 with english names correctly. But if the file name contains \
russian characters it shows the blinking play icon in the tray but doesn't play \
anything. The progress bar doesn't move. And it doesn't show any error messages \
either. BTW, i can correctly play all files with mpg123.
