Subject: Bug#9595: Konsole window size bug / save options
From: infiniti () affinix ! com

Package: konsole
Version: 0.9.15 (KDE 1.93 Beta >= 20000813)
Severity: normal
I see many have listed this bug already, but I write
because I think I know where the problem is. If you
press "Save Options" the wrong height value is written
to the konsolerc file. Perhaps the borders/menus were
not taken into account? Anyway this has the nasty
effect of getting a smaller Konsole next time you open
it. In fact, if you repeat the process: open konsole,
save options, close konsole, etc, the window eventually
shrinks into nothing!
To solve the problem, I hand edit the konsolerc file.
Hope this helps
