When I go to a module that needs root permissions (e.g. kdm), this text 
appears on the right side:

'You need super user privileges to run this control module.
Click on the "Run as root" button below.'

Bug: there is no such button for me, at least not "below". Oh, I just 
realize that this may be because I didn't install KDE as root. On the 
other hand, IMHO, there should still be a reasonable fallback, maybe just 
another text for this case.
