binaries do not have icons.
On the mac they have, but not on KDE.
KDE has applications as defined by *.desktop files. An applications consists
of the information in the desktop file, a binary, and an icon.
Two applications could share the same binary.

That said, it would be possible to locate one (or more) applications
(*.desktop files) which use a certain binary. That would be a matter of
adding an index to ksycoca that lets you lookup a service with the name of
the binary as search-key.
