A former reported bug concerning no reaction on dblclick in a Motif
application (#1012) is similar existing for Java applications. Items
inside of the applications do not react on dblclick in a specific case.

Failiure case:
Setting in the KDE controlcenter under "Windows/Properties/Focus policy"
the toggle "Click Raise" is not selected.

Workaround: Selecting "Click Raise" toggle.
