Package: kbiff
Version: 2.3.12

Bug 1
Changing the settings in a kbiff docked in the panel causes
the kbiff to undock itself. It must be re-docked manually.

Bug 2
The mail notify still doesn't work correctly. I'm using
POP3.
For example:
I send 2 mails to myself in quick succession.
kbiff checks the mail box and, sure enough, I get a little
notify box that pops up telling me I have 2 mails. Putting
the mouse over the kbiff also comes up with 2 mails.

I don't read this mail, but send myself another message.
Kbiff checks the mail folder, sees a new mail there.
Updates the current notify box to 1 (ONE) mail and launches
a new notify box, also saying I have 1 mail. Putting the
mouse over the kbiff also comes up with 1 mail.

Surely, the current notify box should be updated to 3
unread mails?

Bug 3
I finally decide to read the mail and hit the Mailer button
on one of these two Notify Boxes. It dissapears and my mail
program is lauched. What doesn't happen, but I think should
is: 1. The other Notify box remains in place until kbiff
checks the mail folder again and works out that nothing is
there. 2 The icon in the kbiff doesn't change from New Mail
to Old Mail, as it would if I launched the mail program
from the kbiff window itself.

Any ideas? I have the source and can print out some
diagnostics if you'd like.

Best wishes,
Angus

ps. I'm running this on KDE 1.1.1 on an old DEC Alpha
running DU 3.2 with X11R5.
