As stated in bug #642, kab just dies on solaris.  Part of this
is NOT a platform specific problem.  In kdeutils/kab/debug.h
there is a reference to "extern string AuthorEmailAddress", but
AuthorEmailAddress is never DEFINED anywhere.  The fix for
this is to add in main.cc a line declaring it.

This keeps the code from immediately crashing, but still does not
make it work.  The other problem seems to have something to do
with libkab / stl / shared objects.  I am having the gcc people
look at that one.
