Package: kppp
Version: 1.6.22
Severity: normal

Whilst running Kppp as supplied in KDE 1.1.2, pressing the "Details" button
once Kppp has connected brings up a "kppp Statistics" window (showing a modem
with blinking lights, local/remote addr, traffic graph, etc.).

This window can be closed using the "Close" button at the bottom of the
window, but NOT using the window frame's widgets (standard KDE wm, default
widget style) - the "X" (top-right corner) to close the window, double-click
on the app icon (top-left corner), and "Close" in the app menu (from app icon,
top-left corner), all fail to close the window.

It seems this window is ignoring certain window management events, making it
confusing when the widget is present but cannot be used.

I am using Red Hat Linux 5.2 (Intel), kernel 2.0.36, glibc 2.0.7. Cheers..
