This window can be closed using the "Close" button at the bottom of the window, but NOT using the window frame's widgets (standard KDE wm, default widget style) - the "X" (top-right corner) to close the window, double-click on the app icon (top-left corner), and "Close" in the app menu (from app icon, top-left corner), all fail to close the window. It seems this window is ignoring certain window management events, making it confusing when the widget is present but cannot be used. I am using Red Hat Linux 5.2 (Intel), kernel 2.0.36, glibc 2.0.7. Cheers.. dave
