Package: kppp
Version: from kdenetwork_1.1.2-19990911-1_i386.deb

With the latest version of kppp I experience the same
bug as described in bug report #268: The initialization
string is sent successfully to the modem. Then kppp
says it wants to adjust volume. On the terminal window
only ATZ / OK appears, not the command to adjust volume,
and then kppp waits forever for an "OK" from the modem.

Up to now, everything worked fine for me, and downgrading
to kde1.1.1 with exactly the same configuration solved the problem.

In the corresponding field for modem preferences / adjust
volume it says "M0L0".
