Package: kiconedit
Version: 0.3.0

(version number missing in "about" dialog, it's the verson coming with KDE
1.1.2)

From the main menu, select "New", in the dialog check "create from scratch" and
then press "Next". In the second page of the dialog, select one of the text
input fields using the mouse. A window will pop up with an assertion failure
in Xlib. I can't repeat that message here, because the same window will pop up
automatically in a 1-second-rythm forever and ever; if I don't hurry to close
them, I need to log out. After I've closed the assertion window, I can
continue my work with kiconedit, and the critical dialog page will work properly
until the end of the session.

My system:
KDE 1.1.2
gcc-2.95
QT 1.44
Kernel 2.2.10
distribution: SuSe 6.2
