package: kdebase (kfm)

I haven't been able to isolate this problem yet, but kfm has some very weird
problems with links in file URLs. I try to browse a local copy of the PHP
documentation and all of the links work except for the HOME navigation link,
which is really HOME but it shows up as just a colon
: in the status bar and the link goes nowhere when I click on it. (kfm claims
it is a "malformed url" when I right click on it.)

I've had the same problem in other documentation files stored on my hard drive,
but it is not consistent. In some files, kfm thinks a list of links are
actually the same (with the same bogus : url).

I have not seen this problem on the web so I'm assuming it has something to do
with relative links in file urls.
