In the standard KDE/Qt file dialog there is no (optional) input field for the
print command. It just provides the choices from printcap.
In some (university) environments the use of custom print commands is
mandatory (for distributed printing, accounting or other reasons), and there
it's not possible to print from KDE programmes directly.
Printing to a file and using the shell command is not convenient.

Fix: Add a print command input line.
