I am trying to compile kdelibs on the new QT and mico 2.2.7 and the
compilations are proceeding but in the kdeui brance there is a file
called kthemebase.cpp that uses SubPage and AddPage....you can grep for
these....they seem to be undefined in any of the headers....could you
recommend what header defines these so i can try to finish the
compilation.
