When uploading files from file:/directory to ftp://user@machine/ through
drag-n-drop the file is created at machine with size zero but the
transfer never ends. On the other hand downloadings work just fine.

It's been tested on slackware 4.0 (kernel 2.2.6) and redhat 6.0 (kernel
2.2.5-15) from the distribution sets.
