Subject: kdvi doesnot work with tex virtual fonts.
Package: kdvi (graphics)
Version: 1.1 or later

I added the zpshal font to my TEX library. (It is used as a virtual font
to remap characters and add hungarian umlaut. Updated the psfonts.map,

as:

rzpshals Shelley-AllegroScript  <<zpshals.pfb

(Note rzpshals stands for raw unmapped zpshals)

rehashed the TEX.

when I use xdvi on a dvi file which uses zpshals I have no problem, but
when I use kdvi I get the following message:

kpathsea: Running mktexmf  zpshals
! I can't find file `zpshals'.
<*> ...g:=magstep(3.0); nonstopmode; input zpshals

Of course if in tex I change the font to rzpshals, which is called out
in the psfonts map, it will find that, but then my output is wrong.
(i.e. the accented vowels.
