Hi there, thanks for the help. 

I have done what you asked for :D

a) I usually use kate, but I have installed Kwrite, it doesn't happen, software
is as responsive as fast to open with bluetooth or wireless.

b) I've added the 2 "backtraces" (not sure how they are done, so I copied and
pasted the text from console into 2 files)
bluetooth.txt = keyboard connected via bluetooth, wireless.txt = connected via
wireless dongle.

Please ask if you need anything else.
