This has a workaround but is kinda awkward to activate, you need to go to
View>New View and then press tab to show canvas only, this is a minor fix but
it doesn't cover the navigator feature

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The navigator your let you see the whole drawing while you are working in a
small area, the workaround let you see a small part it also allows editing that
part

It would be great if it also allowed to pick a zoom level in the navigator
aside from the canvas size but is just a suggestion
