The problem is that the module doesn't load because QCA fails to find the
required plugins (qca-gnupg and qca-ossl).

I can not test this problem with the packages from the repos because I have qca
(and most qt and kde) built from git. So I'm afraid I need you to find the
cause and try to solve it. Maybe it is a problem with Arch's qca packages?

You can try uncommenting the line 53 of kded/daemon.cpp to see what does your
qca installation supports, or removing the check in lines 54 to 59 to see what
happens.
