I changed the Desktop Effects > Translucency > Decorations > to 'opaque'.
For sure, Active windows 'Move To Desktop #' without leaving a ghost.
I've tried both Qt (KDE) and gtk (mozilla).

The inactive (no left-click to raise (get focus) 'Move To' sometimes.
Why do my 'Decorations' still appear 'Transparent' ? (i'm using
oxygen-transparent).
Was the Effect and the Window Decoration settings Background Opacity
conflicting in 4.11, but over looked in 4.10? I always fought the idea of using
both, i couldn't see changes from changes made with the Window Settings..

Is this an issue with 4.11 and will it be 'fixed' ?
or Is it an issue with the Translucency Affect? is there a way to update it or
is there a New or Different effect that can be installed, used?

Thank You!!!! I use Move To Desktop A LOT!!

Спасибо,
Landis.
