You may have done accidentally with your mousewheel (depending on the browser,
would not happen here), but done you have:

Thanks for the support info, don't apply the translucency effect to decorations
(this causes the "ghost" even for active windows - has no visual impact here
though...)

As for inactive windows, kwin4_effect_diminactive might be hit by the same
problem as well.
