Isn't it a feature request?

I mean, Rekonq remembers the URL but fetches the pages from the Internet, and
if there is no Internet, it fails to display them. This report request that,
instead, when there is no connection, a cached version is displayed instead.

Is the current Rekonq behavior considered an error? I though it wasn't, which
is why I changed the priority to whishlist (ffeature request).
