Using ElectricBorderPushbackPixels=2 fixed the issue on Jared's laptop as well.

Previously the top-left corner behavior was this:
    Mouse: cursor kicked out to 1,1
    Trackpad: cursor remains at 0,0

After setting ElectricBorderPushbackPixels to 2, the behavior is now:
    Mouse: cursor kicked out to 2,2
    Trackpad: cursor kicked out to 1,1

This works, but I wonder what could be causing the 1 pixel offset in the
trackpad's cursor.  Again, the bottom-right corner responds correctly with
either mouse or trackpad.
