Has anyone from the KDE developers addressed this problem yet? Is anyone
working on fixing it?  If not, would the KDE developers accept a patch to fix
this bug from a third party developer?  This is a major bug since more and more
people use multiple monitors, especially in work environments.  If KDE wants to
be taken seriously in the industry, they need to fix critical bugs before they
have been open for over a year.
