I can confirm comment #36, when external monitor is disconnected the windows
can't be moved to area of panels that moved out from the screen (primary screen
moved to the internal monitor, works nice). And when the external monitor is
reconnected on the primary screen (that moved back to the external monitor)
appears area in shape of panel from secondary screen where the windows cropped.
