Top of window "Style -- System Settings" cut off (can't close), and kickoff
button locked

To duplicate this, have to select between various items under workspace
(oxygen, air, air for netbooks) and apply them. Sometimes it happen
immediately, other times you have to make and apply the selection many time.
Eventually and randomly the condition will occur, controls along top of screen
that allow close, maximize etc are gone and "kickstart" button on panel is
non-responsive. Also, items started from right click on desktop (e.g., konsole)
have no controls either.
