Patch committed in 1064304, however made several modifications:

- When pausing, peers are choked, all requests are canceled and we tell them we
are not interested (IMHO the right thing to do)
- Fix a crash due to ChunkDownloadView not being notified of the fact that all
ChunkDownload objects are destroyed.
- Added some GUI stuff to test it
