Summary: display does not standby at specified time
           Product: solid
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: powerdevil-daemon
        AssignedTo: drf54321@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: micael.capitao@gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.2.4)
Compiler: gcc 4.4.0
OS: Linux
Installed from: Unspecified Linux

I found some related bugs but I think none is exactly mine...

I have my laptop configured to use powerdevil. I configured 3 energy profiles.
When running on AC power I have Performance, when on battery I have powersave
and when battery reaches 25% Xtreme Powersave.
My performance profile is set to standby the display after 5 minutes and the
other 2 profiles are set for 2 minutes. The other display options (suspend and
power off) are disabled.
When I unplug the AC and reconnect it everything works perfectly and does what
it is configured to do. The problem is when I start up my computer, the
performance profile is the default (for AC power). If I didn't switch to other
power profile, the display doesn't standby after the 5 minutes. If I switch to
other profile (the display standby) and then return again to the Performance
profile everything works as it should be.
Conclusion: the screen just turns off if I switch the power profile. If I do
not switch, it doesn't turns off.

If I set the display to standby with xset it works.
I'm using archlinux x86_64 with catalyst 9.6.
Since I remember I always had that problem.

Thanks!
