cg_annotate error with Intel compiler but not gcc

Linux yana4 2.6.18-63chaos #1 SMP Fri Dec 19 15:37:16 EST 2008 x86_64 x86_64
x86_64 GNU/Linux

cg_annotate works great when annotating GCC compiled code, but only partially
annotates source code when using the Intel compiler. I tried icpc (ICC) 11.0
20090131 and icpc (ICC) 9.1 20071016. I assumed icpc v11.0 would have DWARF
information similar to GCC, but maybe not?

I am attaching the code sample I tried. I compiled this code "-g -O2" with
both gcc and Intel compilers.

Thanks in advance for any comments.
