           Summary: mouse left hand use
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian stable
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: mouse
        AssignedTo: nolden kde org
        ReportedBy: cornelius.h web de

Version: (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages
OS: Linux

Under different Linux versions (Debian from 2006, Knoppix 4 .. 5.3) and KDE 3.5x it's \
impossible to change the mouse operation to left hand. I tried it via control panel \
or with variation of the parameters of the mouse changing command in the terminal \
window. The behavior changed a little bit but the only necessary changing between \
left and right button doesn't appear. I tested it with PS/2 and USB mouse. Sometimes \
I had the impression - after switching to left hand mode - only to have two secondary \
buttons. In some discussion forums I found hints and workarounds but nothing solves \
the problem.
