ok, I used http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/kdesupport/qimageblitz/blitz/

Help for others:
svn checkout svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/kdesupport/qimageblitz

But many other simple-structured-admins should get a tar file. Please dear KDE \
developer, YOU can make much more pressure on the QImageBlitz maintainer to release a \
new version before KDE4 comes out. Otherwise you might get more stupid questions like \
my questions.
