Resolved.
Apparently this problem is caused for xine-devel, into the xine-devel find 
xine-lib.
Xine-lib is oficcial lib to xine, but restricted license to play original dvd.
This lib be replaced with libxine and remove xine-lib.
Xine-lib also encounter so independent package, and also be removed.
No install xine-devel and see dvd perfectly
