kmenuedit does not use the "menu item format" setting (kcontrolcenter -> desktop -> \
panels). this makes menu editing very confusing for users who do not use the default \
menu item format setting. i perfer menu entries sorted by their program names because \
that are the same as the one i often enter in the konsole. and as there is such a \
setting, it should be used by kmenuedit also
