Summary: Inside kontact the "add contact" dialog shouln't be
                    modal
           Product: kontact
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: molkentin kde org
        ReportedBy: neves samba-choro com br

Version: unknown (using KDE 3.3.0, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 20040623 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.4-r1, ssp-3.3.2-2, \
                pie-8.7.6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-gentoo-r10

A modal dialog is the one that when it is created you can't select anything in the \
application below.

When I'm using Kontact, the add item dialog in kaddress book forbid me to select text \
in any other kontact application, like the mail.

I've just received an email with and address of a friend, this problem makes it very \
hard to copy and paste the address to my address book.

Steps:
1)I double click the message in kmail to open it in a new window
2)I select address book in kontact.
3)I clik to add a new item in address book
4)In the "add entry" dialog, I can't copy and paste from my email window. It is \
blocked by the modal dialog.

I believe this is a common scenario, and a great annoyance in this great application.
